The TY series coaxial hardened gear reducer is an integrated power transmission device combining the reducer and motor, featuring a simple and compact structure, easy installation, and suitability for industries such as metallurgy, mining, energy, building materials, transportation, chemical, and textile. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions, installed horizontally, with motor mounting types B5 or B35, and an operating ambient temperature range of 0-40°C.

Performance Characteristics:

1. Optimized design of main parameters such as center distance and nominal transmission ratio, with high interchangeability of main gears and pinions.

2. Gears are made of high-strength alloy steel forgings, processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding, achieving a tooth surface hardness of 54-62 HRC and a precision level of 6 or higher.

3. Compact size, lightweight, high precision, high load capacity, efficiency up to 96%, long service life, high reliability, smooth transmission, and low noise.

4. The housing is of an integral type, made of HT200 cast iron, with large end covers fixed at the ends, motor flange connection, and thick feet for secure installation.

5. The company uses HVALO-class bearings, which are wear-resistant and low-noise.

Installation Precautions:

1. The reducer must be installed on a flat and solid foundation and secured with bolts; the base surface should be level.

2. The output shaft should be connected to the host power shaft via a coupling, ensuring concentricity, and installation must not involve hammering or striking.

3. After installation, conduct a trial run for a period before gradually applying load.

4. After 200-300 hours of operation, change the oil. In subsequent use, regularly inspect the oil quality. Oil contaminated with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced promptly. Generally, for reducers operating continuously for long periods, replace the oil every 5,000 hours or annually. For reducers that have been idle for an extended period, replace the oil before restarting. Use oil of the same brand as originally specified; do not mix with oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities may be mixed.
